Tanner and Brooke both sorted out the puzzle of OCTober being the tenth month, not the eighth month as you'd think. In fact it used to be the eighth month, NOVember was the ninth and DECember was the tenth and SEPTember was the seventh. January and February were added to the calendar by the ancient Romans so everything got budged on a couple of spaces..
